At Home Affairs, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below for Prepaid, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Custom orders:
Prepaid Orders
Shipping is on us!
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders—no minimum order value required.
- All prepaid orders are shipped via reliable domestic courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.).
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, unless delayed due to stock issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–3 working days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 working days
- Other Pin Codes: 5–7 working days
In rare cases, courier delays may occur. Please feel free to contact us and we will raise an escalation with the concerned courier partner.
Important Note:
Please do not accept tampered shipments. Kindly take a parcel opening video to support any claims of missing or incorrect items.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Yes, we accept COD orders! However, please note the following:
- COD may not be available for certain pin codes.
- An additional COD fee applies to cover collection charges—this varies based on order value and will be shown at checkout.
- All COD orders are manually verified by our team via call or WhatsApp before dispatch, which may add 1–2 extra working days to the shipping timeline.
- Our courier partners do not support open-box delivery. Customers must pay the COD amount before receiving the parcel.
Due to frequent delivery failures in COD orders (25–30% cases), we highly encourage customers to choose prepaid payment for a smoother delivery experience.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are made just for you!
These orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Dispatch time for custom items is 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
