Return & Refund Policy – Home Affairs
At Home Affairs, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, and in its original condition
- It must have all tags intact and be returned in the original packaging
- A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
To initiate a return, contact us at care@home-affairs.in . Once your return request is approved, we will initiate pick up of the article from our end.
Important:
Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. You can choose one of the following refund methods:
- Store Credit (instant once return is approved)
- Original Payment Method (may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank)
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please email us at care@home-affairs.in.
Damaged, Wrong or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Used or washed items
- Items damaged after delivery to the customer
- Items purchased using gift cards
If you are unsure about your product's eligibility, feel free to contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU regulations, allowing returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the same return condition standards mentioned above.
